The sources leak, the second event. 2.79 GB that came out of Ymir's patch server between September and November 2013: twelve years of the scene rest on this single tarball.

| Possession | It appears on RaGEZONE on 2/1/2014 («Leaked last version of Metin2 client/server/tools/source»); the fingerprints are published on 7-8/1/2014. |
| Preservation | Not acquired as a file. The archive preserves its descendants (2014-2016 scene sources, the Prime server trunk) and four heavy sources catalogued as post-2014, which serve as counter-evidence. |
The first leak (2009) gave the scene the binaries and created the figure of the administrator; this one gave the sources and created that of the developer. Whoever confuses the two understands nothing of the scene. TEC Interactive's email to Webzen Ymir of 25/11/2013 («SERVER FILE LEAKAGE») says where they were taken from: the Korean patch server. In the source there remain mainline and novaline, names of internal Ymir branches; Version.py still calls p4 changes -m1: the numbers «34k», «40k», «40250» with which the scene christens its own copies are the company's Perforce changelists.
No new sources leak has surfaced since 2014. Modern resources (Yohara, Aamon) reach the scene within days, but only on the client side: the server implementation has never come out again.
#wj 2014.1.2. in game.py; the last dated line in the server is from 11/9/2013 (battle.cpp).
