What it is
Together with the 5/8/2009 statement on the HK→TW merger («after many months of testing and evaluation», carried out on 26/8/2009 at 10:00), this is the document that rewrites the history of the leak: months of merger testing mean complete copies of the HK installation outside of production, in the exact window in which metin2_db+mysql.rar (May 2009) and game0901.tar.gz (1/9/2009) were born. The leak file is not a theft: it is the byproduct of a migration.
Between 10/2 and 3/5/2010 at least four Run Up titles from four different licensors close in Taiwan, with the 30-day notice of the standard Taiwanese contract: orderly terminations. Run Up did not lose one license: it lost its catalog.
