The level cap is 70, as in 2004

The maximum level on Hard is now 70. It is the cap of 2004 and 2005: an official notice of that time announced the raise from 70 to 90 with the update of 29 December 2005.

The items of the 2004 world go up to level 62 and the monsters up to level 75: level 70 is the end of the road they were made for.
